Circle Oak Ranch Rental

There is a lot of flexibility with planning a wedding at the ranch as we welcome all outside vendors, including your catering.  Many of the catering packages we see range from $15-$25 per person.

The Circle Oak Ranch is ideal for couples who want to custom design the wedding of their dreams.  Ranch Rental includes the following amenities:

  • Private Ranch Estate Rental
  • Ceremony location, reception location and parking for up to 150 guests
  • Private use of the 13 acre ranch setting
  • Ceremony Site: Choice of three locations
  • Reception Site: Choice of two locations
  • Spanish courtyard available for cocktail hour
  • Countless picturesque locations including old Chevrolet flatbed truck, Ford farm tractor, orchard, numerous oaks, rustic white fencing, around expansive meadow…and many more.
  • Two bedroom, one bathroom bridal suite for pre-ceremony preparations
  • “Bunk House” complete with pool table, couches and bathrooms for groomsmen pre-ceremony preparation
  • “Bunk House” with two bathrooms available during event
  • Property available at 10:00am on day of rental for any set up, decoration, etc… Outdoor music to conclude by 10:00pm
  • Two hours of on site access for coordination and planning prior to your rental
  • One hour access to site for rehearsal prior to your rental
  • Five hours total for your actual event
  • Site manager on site for rehearsal and entire day of rental

Circle Oak Ranch staff will supply, coordinate delivery, set up and break down the following items:

  • White Wood Folding Chairs with white pad for Ceremony
  • Fruitwood Folding Chairs with ivory pad for Reception
  • 60′” Round Tables For Reception
  • Head Table for Bridal Party or Sweetheart Table for Bride and Groom
  • 48″ round table for Cake & 48″ round table for Guest Book
  • 6′ table for gifts & 6′ table for escort cards
  • 2-6′ tables for appetizers during cocktail hour
  • Floor length poly linens in the color of your choice for all tables
  • Cocktail Tables for cocktail hour
  • Dance Floor

Rental Rates:

*We offer a 10% discount if you choose your DJ, caterer and bartender from our recommended vendor list

75 guests: $7,000

Up to 100 guests: $7,700

Up to 125 guests: $8,400

Up to 150 guests: $9,100

Use of firepit
