The Oaks Package

The Oaks package is ideal for couples who want to custom design the wedding of their dreams.  It allows you to bring in all of your own vendors, including your catering.  Many of the catering packages we see range from $25-$45 per person.  The Oaks Package includes the following amenities:

  • Private Ranch Estate Rental
  • Ceremony location, cocktail hour location, reception location and parking for up to 200 guests
  • Private use of the 13 acre ranch setting
  • Market lights for reception and lots of up lighting on oak trees throughout the ranch
  • Countless picturesque locations including old Chevrolet flatbed truck, Ford farm tractor, orchard, numerous oaks, white fencing, around expansive meadow…and many more.
  • Two separate pre-ceremony preparation spaces:
    • A suite with spaces for hair, make up and dressing
    • A large lounge with pool table, couches and bar
  • Site available after 10:00am on day of rental for set up; outdoor music must end by 10:00pm
  • Two hours of on site access for coordination and planning prior to your rental
  • Time following reception for vendor clean up
  • One hour access to site for rehearsal prior to your rental
  • Five hours total for your actual event (from beginning of ceremony to end of reception)
  • Fire pit option included
  • Site manager on site for rehearsal and entire day of rental

Circle Oak Ranch staff will supply, coordinate delivery, set up and break down the following items:

  • White Wood Folding Chairs with white pad for Ceremony
  • Fruitwood Folding Chairs with ivory pad for Reception
  • 60′” Round Tables for Reception
  • Head Table for Bridal Party or Sweetheart Table for Bride and Groom
  • Tables for gifts, guest book, favors, cocktail hour, appetizers, bars, buffet, etc…
  • Floor length poly linens in the color of your choice for all tables
  • Dance Floor

Rustic Romance Package

The Rustic Romance Package includes everything in The Oaks Package, plus the following:

  • Full Service Catering – Variety of menu choices: Traditional, BBQ, Italian, Mexican and Hawaiian.
  • Appetizers for cocktail hour
  • Water at ceremony during guest arrival
  • China plate, fork, knife, water goblet, champagne glass and poly linen napkin place settings
  • Wait staff to set tables, pour water and bus tables
  • Cake cutting service with disposable plate and fork
  • Bar Service – Bartender, Beer, Wine & Soda (4 hours total)
    • Beer selections similar to Karl Strauss, Stone IPA and Bud Light
    • House Chardonnay & Cabernet
    • Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Sparking & Mineral Bottled Water
    • Disposables for all bar service
  • Champagne Toast and Sparkling Cider
  • Wedding Coordinator
    • Ceremony, Reception and Rehearsal Coordination
    • Vendor Referrals
    • Oversee and confirm all vendors, arrival times and duties
    • Ensure caterer is property serving and setting all china, linen and food
    • Personalized Itinerary – Work personally with DJ and photographer to create an itinerary to assure that everything runs smoothly
    • Site/floor plan design
    • Personalized ceremony line up
    • Grand Entrance line up
    • Personal service to bride, groom, bridal party and family
    • Project manage entire event and all vendors.  Greet and manage all vendors into their proper locations for set up
    • Package all gifts and memorabilia and deliver to designated space –  not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gifts
    • Set out all favors, place cards and basic decor (provided by bride & groom) such as centerpieces, cake table, guest book table, gift table, etc…
    • Break down and clean up centerpieces or decor
    • Unlimited email, phone and text correspondence
    • 1 Coordinator
  • DJ and all sound equipment for your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception
  • Fire Pit Option Included
  • Wedding Liability Insurance
  • All service fees and gratuity included for all vendors

Photo Shoots

The ranch is available for engagement photo shoots!

Rate:  $150 for 2 hours.  Includes a space to change if needed.  Maximum people for engagement shoots: 4 (including photographer).

Engagement shoots are complimentary for couples who have booked their wedding at the Circle Oak Ranch!
